More old zines, and new web sites for old friends.

:: Posted by max @ Friday, September 21, 2007
Hey there. Welcome to Spiltink.org, the home of Salgood Sam's self publishing empire, such as it is. Been busy making comics, and not done much with things here for a while. But i do have a few new things to share here.

BEM WEB 2.0

Presenting a New web site for Montreal cartoonist Bernie Mireault. There's new updated info on what he's been up to and has planed, some new art, and soon Mp3's of his music.

Drop in and give him some love : )

Old Zines

I have two more Zines to share with you, this time in CBR format so you'll need to grab the popular CDisplay reader here for those.

First is the second issue of Nisrigion. A lit zine I illustrated, designed and published. It Features both the alternate covers for the issue, and the conclusion to J.F.Sugerman's futurists gonzo dystopian play Drowning. You can catch the first part in Nisrigion one, posted here in PDF form a year ago.

And the other is a sketchbook journal titled CscdcC, I'll leave the slightly embarrassing long form for you to read yourself. I've excised some unworthy early attempts to write from this, but most of it's there still.

Something new, something old....

:: Posted by max @ Thursday, June 08, 2006
Hey all, thanks for following a link to me, this page is the home of my Indy publishing efforts, small press Zines and posters and such. Been a long time preoccupation of mine, though I've been taking a year or so off from extra curricular distractions such as. Gearing back up now, making plans and postulations for New publishing ventures and Old ones to be revived. I just brought Revolver's page/site back up...

- lost the old url to poachers [poop, buggers >:( ] but the page is there still, and the book is still available, and will soon be listed in a catalog or two too.

Also have plans to make free digital copies of some of my old Zines available under Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.5, such as this old ditty....

Enjoy!

be good
Salgood Sam
